MEET LAUREN

LaurenRasar

You are already whole. You don’t need to be fixed! I am here to guide you through your healing, to embody your authentic self through self-love and compassion

I started my own healing after multiple toxic relationships. Regardless of my education in Human Ecology and Nursing, I still led myself down paths that were unhealthy and self-destructive. Like you, I am an intelligent, educated professional. I was just searching for love and acceptance in all the wrong places. I was emotionally at rock bottom, and I knew something needed to change. I couldn’t keep living in this pattern. That is when I was introduced to Core Wound Healing™, a six step journaling process that identifies your wounds/limiting beliefs and releases the attachment to them by healing the root cause.

Self-worth and my low self-esteem were my biggest hurdles, and they had been with me since childhood. Every negative remark made to me, negative label given to me, negative experience throughout life, unaware, I'd carried as weights into my thirties. As my healing progressed, I removed each weight by releasing its attachment. I felt physically lighter after my first session. Healing is continuous. It is not a one-and-done. So, the more I healed, the more I shifted into self-awareness, self-love and compassion for myself and others. That is where my life changed. And this is where I found my purpose. I became a Certified Core Wound Healer ™, which allows me to guide others in healing with support, encouragement and love.
